Product Overview
CSS Luxury is the upper-segment member of the connection set that carries the opening and closing movement of a seat. Its assembly logic is the same as the rest of the family: the link arm is screwed to the timber frame, the joint bolt passes through the pivot and is tightened into the multi-nut plate behind. The set includes a corner cover plate and a short stud, and it is chosen for showroom, bespoke and upper-segment seating.

Kit contents — what is in the box
- 1 Link plate. Flat steel with three holes and rounded ends; this is the main part that carries the opening and closing movement.
- 2 Long mounting screw. Fixes the link plate to the wooden frame of the seat.
- 3 Short bolt. Used at the pivot — the point the link plate turns around.
- 4 Short stud. A short pin that keeps two parts aligned.
- 5 Corner cover plate. Pressed sheet with three holes; it closes off the joint and spreads the load over a wider area.
- 6 Nut-welded mounting plate. The hex nuts are welded on, so the bolt threads straight into them — you do not have to hold a nut in place while assembling.
